Resource Mobilization

 

Beirut Institute is seeking commitments from contributors who believe in the greater potential of the Arab region and want to play a pivotal role towards its achievement. Contributors will be recognized in accordance with the level of their contribution and will have the discretion to request the allocation of their contribution to specific projects.

 

All projects envisioned and executed by Beirut Institute will however remain integral to its mission and vision.

Partnerships

Beirut Institute is proud of its partnerships with the Foreign Policy Association, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), the National Committee on American Foreign Policy (NCAFP) and the Gulf Research Center as well as with its collaboration with the World Economic Forum.

 

Beirut Institute submitted a case on Conflict Resolution to the conflict management curriculum, a joint project between the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Harvard University through the Council on Conflict Prevention.

 


 

Legal Overview

Beirut Institute was founded in the Republic of Lebanon, and is a non-political, non-profit association.

- Beirut Institute has been granted a Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

- Beirut Institute has incorporated a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in the United States, via its “Friends of the Beirut Institute” sister entity in the US.
